CHALLENGE

The client required a heavy duty cleaning chemical for their engine components. Another industrial cleaning chemical company sold them a chemical that cleaned their ENGINE COMPONENTS thoroughly beyond client’s expectations.
The client was extremely pleased with the performance of the product, as the part looked absolutely impressive. However, when these cleaned components were taken for further machining, the SUCTION from the tools was NOT FUNCTIONING.

PROBLEM

The tool manufacturers and the technicians studied the parts carefully and identified that the chemical used from the earlier provider, though cleaned the product, had made the metal surface POROUS.
This is a TYPICAL SCENARIO. Most of the industrial cleaning chemical providers use products that are extremely strong on the metal, without carefully assessing its HARMFUL EFFECTS on the metal surface. This issue was immediately reported to the client.

SOLUTION

After successfully diagnosing the root cause of the problem, PPE suggested two products CARBEX AM and EFFSTRIP CR. These products not only cleaned the metal parts and added aesthetic value to them, but also ensured that they functioned at the desired levels.
